We want you to be completely happy with your enhanced photos. That's why we offer free revisionsto adjust colors, lighting, or any other aspects until you're satisfied. Most concerns can be resolved through revisions, which is our preferred approach.

If revisions don't resolve your concerns, refunds are available in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failures: The enhanced photo was not delivered, is corrupted, or cannot be opened/used
  • Service Errors: We processed the wrong photo or failed to process your submitted photo
  • Processing Delays: Photo was not delivered within the promised timeframe (48+ hours) without prior notification
  • Quality Issues: The enhanced photo has obvious technical defects (artifacts, distortion, or processing errors)

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at menureadyai@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number or email address used for the purchase
  • The date of your purchase
  • A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund

We will process your refund request within 5-7 business days of receiving your request.

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: Varies by provider

4. Free Revisions Policy

We offer unlimited free revisions to ensure your enhanced photo is exactly what you envisioned. Whether you'd like adjustments to colors, brightness, contrast, or any other aspect, we'll work with you until you're happy with the result.

Simply let us know what you'd like changed, and we'll revise your photo at no additional cost. Our goal is your satisfaction, and revisions are the fastest way to get there.

5. When Revisions Are the Solution

For concerns about colors, styling, brightness, or other aesthetic preferences, we'll work with you through free revisions rather than processing refunds. This ensures you get exactly what you want while we can continue to serve you.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Services completed and delivered more than 14 days ago
  • Photos that have been downloaded and used commercially
  • Changes in business needs or preferences after delivery

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if only a portion of your order was unsatisfactory. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in additional fees and can affect your ability to use our Service in the future.
