MenuReady AI provides AI-powered food photo enhancement services. We use artificial intelligence to enhance, improve, and optimize food photographs submitted by users. The Service includes photo processing, delivery of enhanced images, and related customer support.
Our Service enhances your existing food photographs through AI-powered adjustments including lighting, color correction, contrast, composition, and background improvements. We do not generate fake food or create images of food that does not exist. All enhancements are applied to photographs of real food items that you have submitted.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that enhanced photos accurately represent the actual food items, portion sizes, ingredients, and presentation that customers will receive. Enhanced photos must truthfully depict your menu items. You agree not to use enhanced photos in a manner that misleads customers or misrepresents your products.

MenuReady AI makes no representations or warranties regarding platform compliance. It is your responsibility to review and comply with all applicable platform policies, terms of service, and guidelines before using enhanced photos on any platform. Platform policies may change at any time, and you are responsible for staying informed of such changes.
MenuReady AI shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your use of enhanced photos on third-party platforms, including but not limited to:
You agree to indemnify and hold MenuReady AI harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of enhanced photos on any platform, including violations of platform policies or misrepresentation of products.
While we provide professional photo enhancement services, we do not guarantee that enhanced photos will be accepted, approved, or remain compliant with any specific platform's policies. Platform policies vary and may change without notice. You use enhanced photos at your own risk and discretion.

You retain all rights to photos you submit. By submitting photos, you grant us a license to use, process, and enhance your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit.
Upon delivery of enhanced photos, you receive full ownership and commercial usage rights to the enhanced images. You may use enhanced photos for any commercial or personal purpose without restriction.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by MenuReady AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Service.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.
We aim to deliver enhanced photos within 24 hours of submission. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues, third-party service failures, high demand periods, or force majeure events. Priority processing may be available for additional fees.
While we strive to provide high-quality photo enhancements, we do not guarantee specific results, quality levels, or that enhancements will meet your expectations. Photo enhancement results may vary based on the quality of the original photo, lighting conditions, composition, and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for limitations in enhancement quality due to poor source material.
We offer free revisions to address concerns, but we do not guarantee that revisions will achieve specific aesthetic outcomes or that all requests can be accommodated. Our Service enhances photos using AI technology, and results are subject to the capabilities and limitations of current AI enhancement technology.
You are responsible for submitting photos in supported formats (JPG, JPEG, PNG) and within reasonable file size limits. We reserve the right to reject photos that are corrupted, unreadable, excessively large, or in unsupported formats. We are not liable for inability to process photos due to format or size issues.
We store your submitted and enhanced photos for the purpose of providing the Service and customer support. We reserve the right to delete photos from our systems after a reasonable retention period. We are not responsible for maintaining permanent backups of your photos. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your enhanced photos upon delivery. We are not liable for loss of photos due to system failures, data corruption, or deletion.
Our Service relies on third-party services including payment processors (Stripe), cloud storage providers (Cloudinary), and email delivery services. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or issues arising from third-party services. We do not guarantee the availability, security, or performance of third-party services. Any issues with payment processing, file storage, or email delivery are subject to the terms and policies of those respective third-party providers.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, network or equipment failures, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee that enhanced photos will result in increased sales, customer engagement, platform acceptance, or any other business outcomes. Any statistics, testimonials, or claims about results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute guarantees. Your business results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including product quality, pricing, marketing, customer service, and market conditions.
Once payment is processed and photo processing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. If you need to modify an order, please contact us before processing begins. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and are only available in limited circumstances as outlined therein.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MENUREADY AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
